I. Scope
This refund policy applies to all virtual goods purchased on our game platform, including but not limited to virtual currency, items, equipment, skins, characters, etc. Please read and understand this agreement carefully before purchasing virtual goods.
II. Refund Conditions
1.If the virtual goods cannot be used normally due to technical problems within 24 hours after purchase, we will provide a refund.
2.If you encounter double deductions during the purchase process, we will refund the duplicated part.

III. Non-Refundable
1.Once the virtual goods are used or activated, they cannot be refunded.
2.The refund service of virtual goods does not include losses caused by your misoperation or forgetting to use.
