The following bonuses have been added to World Tier 2:
Bonus Coins: Increased from 15% to 20%.
Monsters now drop 15% more items.
Level scaling in dungeons and most world territories has been adjusted in world tiers 3 and 4. After reaching a certain level, the monster will start to fall behind the player in levels (up to 5 levels behind). This change does not affect world bosses, Legion events, Hatelands, Helltide, or Nightmare dungeons.
World level 3 example:
If the player's level is lower than 55, the monster's level is 55.
If the player's level is 56-60, the monster's level is 55.
If the player's level is 61, the monster's level is 56.
If the player's level is 62, the monster's level will be 57 etc. (from this point on, the monster will always be -5 until the max monster level of the third world level is 70).
World class IV example:
If the player's level is lower than 75, the monster's level is 75.
If the player level is 76-80, the monster level is 75.
If the player's level is 81, the monster's level is 76.
If the player's level is 82, the monster's level is 77, etc. (from this point on, the monster's level will always be -5).

The bonus XP for completing Whispers in World Tiers III and IV has been significantly increased.
Developers' note: We observed that the XP rewards awarded for killing higher level monsters escalated too quickly compared to the relative challenges involved. We still want to reward players who take on this challenge and encourage them to join in boosting together, rather than having one player kill an enemy while another member waits at the dungeon entrance.
We are adjusting the bonus experience rewards for killing monsters higher than the player's level.
Wicked Preseason Bonuses:
1 level higher: +15%.
2 tiers higher: +20%.
Level 3 and above: +25%.
After the Vicious Season:
1.5% bonus per level, up to 10 levels.

Level +1: +1.5%.
Level +2: +3%.
Level +10: +15%.
We've also adjusted the XP bonus for monster level compensation at higher world levels.

After Season of the Wicked, you'll get:
(level 11 monster experience) * (1 + 15%)

Helltide monsters are now 3 levels above the player instead of 2.
Tormented Mystery Gift Chest cost increased from 175 to 250 Anomalous Cinders.
All interactable objects in the Tides of Hell region now have a small chance to drop anomalous cinders.
